Accountability of Multi Skilling In Enrichment of Career Planning of Organization And Employee in The Global Scenario

The principle component of an organization is its human resources or the employees. In these global world they came together to create career planning process to achieve success .With the increased competition, technological advancement, changing human behavior pattern, communication problems, etc. organizations all over the world are under tremendous pressure , how to achieve development by utilizing productivity of employees. At the same time the expectations of the employees have increased from organization about job satisfaction . An organization's performance and resulting productivity are directly proportional to the quality of the human resources. Today, there's no shortage of management ideas about how HR can better manage employees. Human development specialist Dr Peter Shepherd, Director and senior consultant, People Potential, opines that in order to meet globalization challenges, employees must be multi-skilled. The resulting collective intelligence and wisdom will benefit everyone. Multiskilling is a process by which employees acquire new skills. It is a form of flexible working in which employees are available to undertake a number of different jobs. It has lead to a discrimination disputes and greater employability for employees. It is the essential during present global environmental change of times to avoid retrenchment, reduce hiring and increases efficiency. To survive and flourish in the present day corporate-jungle, companies should invest time and money in upgrading the knowledge and skill of their employees constantly. For a any company which stop injecting itself with intelligence is going to die.
