Abstract
Two species of Austrotrillina are described from Waior and Cheropodi, western Cutch, of which Austrotrillina howchini Schlumberger, is a very common Lower Miocene form of India and abroad. Austrotrillina striata Todd and Post, previously known from Marshall islands, is now found in the lowermost Miocene beds of Cutch. Certain morphological variations of these species are discussed.
