On the Geometry of Folds

For the purpose of differentiating various geometric classes of folds, the author has tried a new parameter. It has been designated as ratio ,√a. The value of √a varies from one geometric class of the folds to the other. Folds with class 1 geometry show a value greater than 1, whereas class 3 folds show a value less than 1. For the class 2 folds ,√a it is always 1.
