Subscribe/Renew Journal
One species each of the genera Damesella and Blackwelderioides are being described for the first time from India. Damesella shergoldi sp. nov. occurs as an enormous population immediately above the uppermost horizon of Middle Cambrian in Magam section of Kashmir and the Blackwelderioides cf. monkei (Walcott) also occurs at an identical stratigraphic position in the section at Trahagam. Their comparisons are made with taxa reported from other parts of Autralo-Asian Province.
