X-ray powder diffraction data are presented for phurcalite [Ca2(UO2)3 (PO4)2 (OH4 4H2O], with orthorhombic symmetry, a very rare, yellow coloured, secondary uranium mineral, from Putholi (24°57'45":74"38'30"). The host rock is quartzite which contains fluorapatite, pyrite, goethite, hematite, magnetite, chlorite and mica as accessory minerals. Measured cell parameters of the phurcalite are: a0 = 17.3416 Å,  b0 = 16.1138 Å and c0 = 13.5491 Å, with a cell volume of 3786.16 Å3.
