Abstract
Effects of oral administration of potassium dichromate at doses of 5 and 10mg/kg body weight and nickel chloride at doses of 8 and 16mg/kg body weight respectively on liver and blood of mice (Mus musculus) were investigated for 30 days. The body and organ weight were not significantly affected in nickel and chromium treated groups, but combination treatments affected these wrights.
