Abstract

The present study involves to understand the effects of some pharmaceutical compounds on adenohypophysis FSH, LH and PRL cells. The matured male rat of 250 gm. Body weight were given the treatment of Ethinlyoestradiol at dose of 2 μg/animal/day for 60 days. Testosterone enanthate+Ethinly oestradiol at a dose of 0.1 μg + 0.1 μg/animal/day for 60 days as effects of hormones.
