1.1. History of Development of Technology:
A look at the history of role of technology in the expansion of industry & agriculture would reveal that from the very beginning men tried to control energy in different forms, changed shape of material, duplicated or channelised the natural processes, and also tried to understand the laws governing natural phenomena. They noticed the changes in materials when they are subjected to heat and tried to lit and control fire. They were confronted with the problem of killing or capturing wild animals, building shelter for protection against natural calamities or attack by wild animals.
