Needless to mention that welding is one of the most important versatile tools used in fabrication industries. Therefore, the Study of the different welded designs is of utmost importance to explore the possibility of welded designs in replacing the traditional ones. An experimental model with welded I-section beams has been designed for a systematic study to compare the stresses & deflections, experimental & theoretical.
