The Council expressed its deep sense of sorrow on the demise of Sri Woomesh Chandra Dey. M.A.E., who had been a very ardent and energetic member of the Association since 1932 and Vice- President in 1945 and Ordinary member of the Council for the year 1943, and conveyed its sincere condolence and sympathy to the bereaved family of the deceased.
