Afro-Asian Housing Congress at Cairo

Underlying objective:-It aims at "Human Progress through better Housing" with particular attention to "Improving the living standard of lower income groups" and how best it could be achieved by the newly independent developing countries of "Afro-Asian Community," who have similar housing problems. Such a congress considers it essential to have an exchange of ideas experiences of problems and scopes for implementing results of researches carried out in the fields of Housings, Buildings and Plannings by Afro-Asian countries who stand on the same ideological plane.
