Proceedings of the 11th All India Conference on Engineering Materials & Equipment, Calcutta, 15 & 16 January, 1982

The llth All India Conference on Engineering Materials & Equipment was formally inaugurated on 15th January, 1982 by Dr. B. Sen, Director, Technical Education, W. B. Government. In his inaugural address Dr. Sen pointed out two important problems facing the profession to-day : shortage of trained teachers in technical education and the problem of bureaucracy.
