Abstract
Obesity may be defined as a condition in which excessive accumulation of fat in adipose tissue has taken place. It means fatness is well-established risk factor for various diseases particularly cardiovascular diseases, diabetes and hypertension. According to WHO obesity is caused when BMI is greater than 25kg/m and on the other hand if percentage of body fat in males is greater than 25per cent and in females greater than 30 per cent.
