Schooling is a very important aspect in every chlid's iife. Aithough many ways to promote greater student performance have been tried, not many reaiize the importance of healthy iifestyie habits, particuiariy eating breakfast, it is vital for providing continuous source of energy for growth, play and work. The nutritional significance of breakfast can hardly be undermined. Breakfast eating helps children form healthy eating habits and supports nutritional intake and maintains healthy body weight.
