A confusion which persisted over 100 years about the inventor of Radio Wave wireless transmission has recently been resolved by a group of dedicated U.S. based scientists working at Institute of Electronics and P^lectrical Knginnering (IEEE). They have proved that Sir J.C. Bose did this invention two years before Marconi. G. Marconi demonstrated his famous invention of Trans Atlantic Transmissions in 1901. He received Noble Prize in 1909. IJose a strong pursuant of ancient Indian Philosophy of non commercialization of knowledge refused to patent his invention inspite of strong insistence of his friends and allurement of profit by an American industrialist. Bose presented his invention before elites in the year 1895 at Asiatic Society.

In the recent controversy of patent act, propatent persons are pointing at Sir Bose for his unpractical attitude. They indirectly opined that he did not receive Noble Prize; for this reason. Prof R. Kocher has made sarcastic comments on Bose calling his attitude as quixotic, rie in one of his article (published thrice) has jeered those scientists of IE?]E stating that they are trying to market an unhistoric J.C. Bose and accusing Marconi for' his nonrecognition of Bose's invention which is the basis of his discovery.

This present article is an endeavour to reiterate the truth of the entire episode and appreciate the wonderful work of IEEE Scientists and a protest against Prof. Kocher unkind remarks.
