After decades of nonexistence the electric driven satellites and space probes are on the onward march. The main bases for the breakthrough are that the technology has finally attained sufficient maturity and is ready for the commercial market. For several manoeuvres in universe it is in turn necessary and urgent. The plan is no doubt ambitious.
