When one thinks of branding, the first thought that comes into our mind is that it is a marketing function and they'll usually start talking about products and services. Very rarely does one associate Employer branding with an HR function. But in recent years, companies have begun branding themselves as employers too, betting that if they can convey to the world why their workplace is appealing and unique, they will have an easier time attracting good workers. And now the Environment is continuously changing it is hard for organizations to attract and maintain the best candidates.
