Knowledge can be classified as explicit and implicit knowledge. This study investigates how national or regional culture influences on the explicit and implicit knowledge sharing behaviour in the context of multi-national virtual teams. The findings suggest national culture significantly influence on participants' attitude to sharing knowledge in IT-enabled virtual teams. This study provides some suggestions for the virtual team management.Keywords
