Much of current research investigates the interface between organizational learning (OL) and various types of information systems and technologies (IST). Related literature has focused on the relationships in a rather narrow and piecemeal fashion. What is lacking is an integrated framework that provides a general coherence to IST-OL research. This paper seeks to remedy this situation by providing a holistic and analytical framework that is capable of grounding existing and future research in this area. This study also outlines a research agenda for the field of IST-OL using the developed framework as a foundation. Keywords
