Industrial wireless sensor networks (IWSNs) are used to acquire sensor data that need real time processing, therefore they require predictable behaviour and real time guarantees. IWSNs are also expected to be low cost and of low power .Bluetooth low energy is a promising technology as it allows implementing low cost industrial network. But it has major drawbacks like it could be implemented only for short range. This drawback could be overcome by replacing Bluetooth with Zigbee. Zigbee can cover a long range with low power consumption. On implementing this with IoT the IWSNs can be monitered by a user at a long distance without any delay due to auto updation of datas within a duration of 30 sec and even alarms to the hazards like fire etc is also possible.
