A Hierarchical Architecture for a Cellular Mobile-IPv6 System

This paper presents both hierarchical architecture and algorithm for operating mobile communication terminals under the cellular mobile-IPv6 system, which refers to the integration of cellular communication system and mobile IPv6 (Internet Protocol version six). The main purpose of integrating the mobile devices and IPv6 is to have anytime anywhere communication regardless of the geographical location. The algorithm for hierarchical architecture of the cellular mobile-IPv6 system is introduced for the purpose of optimizing the communication link between mobile nodes.
