Vehicular Ad-Hoc Network (VANET) is a network which communicates each other and to the deployed roadside units, shares information regarding traffic safety and infotainment. VANET with 5G networks, software defined network (SDN) technology places an important role in network management. It’s a great challenge to communicate the cellular networks. To improve the bandwidth, we encourage SDN control requests through the cellular networks for energy efficient. We model the controller and vehicles as a two-stage Stackel-berg game and analyze the game equilibrium. We investigate the performance for vehicle-to-vehicle communication in real – time RSUs experiment using different ad-hoc routing protocols with different modulations by changing the number of vehicles to evaluate the speed and node. We have analysed the impacts factor like window size, vehicle traffic and Queuing scheduling on overall throughput, packet delivery ratio and End to End delay (or) Latency. In addition, the performance of routing protocol with different modulations by varying the number of vehicles to evaluate the feasibility of using rate adaptation for safety vehicle-to-vehicle applications.
