This study sought to explore the effects of 3D animation and support requirements of Digital Media on adult‟s learning. This experiment also presents the relationships between Attitude Quotients (A.Q.), Personality and Multimedia 3D Animations among the BSc Visual communication students. An experiment has been conducted to study the relationship between studying Attitude Quotients, Personality and multimedia learning materials‟ impact on the Retention and Recollection ability among the students. To provide an effective and interesting visual communication learning experience, the multimedia 3D animation tool is proposed. Based on the visual perception impact concept, learning through a 3D animation or simple 3D multimedia learning system allows students actively engage in the learning process. purpose of the research reported in this paper was to find out the use of 3D animation for developing an effective learning material. The ultimate objective of this study is to bring out the students‟ cognitive aspects such as studying attitude Quotients, Personality differences recollection level and retention level due to the presence of 3D animation in a multimedia learning material. We have investigated the visual, audio and music impact among the students‟ cognitive style. We have found that there are relationships exits between students‟ attitude quotient, personality difference and learning materials‟ various attributes like Colour, Sound, Audio, 3D images and 3D animation.
