Emotional Intelligence Practices in Industrial Scenario–A Descriptive View

Emotional intelligence is the innate potential to feel, use, communicate, recognize, remember, describe, identify, learn from, manage, understand and explain emotions. This emotional intelligence is used as a weapon in many companies. Emotional intelligence is important for a manager which can lead and manage an organization to be effective, efficient, and productive. Whichever the industry may be, whatever the scenario may be, any successful manager could have been handling the issues with emotional intelligence. Not only for managers, will emotional intelligence help to identify the employees whether they are qualified to work in the industry or not. In this study, we have summarized various dimensions of emotional intelligence with practical examples. It includes skills required to developing emotional intelligence, four core abilities, models, milestones and components of emotional intelligence. This gives the clear description about emotional intelligence. It would prove that Success would remain devoted to us if we are emotionally stable in our workplace.

Abstract
