A Research on Emission Characteristics of Boiler Pollutants and Energy-Saving and Emission-Reduction Measures in Coal-Fired Industry
Aimed at aforementioned problems existing in industrial boilers, with a research object of coal-fired boilers in Liaohe Oilfield Shenyang Engineering Technology Department, this paper has calculated emissions of gaseous pollutants from coal-fired boilers including TSP, SO2, NOx and CO and the trace element mercury. It has also pointed at excessive condition of emission pollutants TSP and SO2, integrated with energy consumption of industrial coal-fired boilers, and taken measures like transformation of boiler energy-saving and emission reduction technology for further energy conservation and emission reduction. Pollutant emission level and emission factors have indicated that, concentration of pollutants discharged by industrial coal-fired boilers is relatively high, and some pollutants have severely exceeded the standard. The results show that: energy-saving measures have totally saved 900 tons of coal, 200 thousand kilowatts of electricity. Emission concentration of TSP has decreased from 348 mg/m3 to 176 mg/m3, and emission concentration of SO2 has decreased from 1274 mg/m3 to 815 mg/m3. There exist obvious effects of energy saving and emission reduction.
