Health is always a major concern in the society at local, national and global level. Social determinants of health include conditions under which people are born, grow, live, work and age. The fundamental drivers of these are education, income and wealth, with a wide range of health outcomes (Braveman, P. and Gottlies, L., Public Health Rep. (Suppl. 2), 2014, 129).
