Conference Description: This is the proceeding of the 1st National Conference on Recent Innovations in Computer Science and Communication Engineering (RICCE-2016) held at RCC Institute of Information Technology, Kolkata (RCCIIT) during 7th and 8th July, 2016. RCCIIT, Kolkata is one of the premier engineering institutes in West Bengal established by the then DOEACC, Govt. of India in the year 1999. Currently this Institute is under an Autonomous Society of the Higher Education Department, Govt. of West Bengal.
