Abstract
It would be convincing that a satisfactory understanding of the phenomena of urban and regional systems planning seems to lack a general consensus on 'urban and urbanization', and 'spatial' and 'economic' planning policies in the developing world and much remains as a matter of disconcerted thought. Each one, may be a research worker or a professional planner, sees his own countenance through the looking glass.
