Abstract

A review on Al-Hijamah (Cupping therapy) includes the detailed introduction, areas or points of hijamah that are cupped on the various parts of the human body with it's mutual benefits, types of it whether it is dry or massage or wet therapy. These types of therapies are varient from one another while bleeding of blood via wet cupping is possibly beneficial that it can heal many ailments of our body. The safety of this type of therapy is much appreciable which doesn't hurt or leave marks of the punctures on the body while cupping is performed. Much more new therapies were discussed under it related to organs and possible disease that can be cured by cupping. Lot of variance has been distinguished between blood donation and hijamah regarding their mutual remedies and advantages.

Abstract

The present subject is on the review of various limit test and titrations which are commonly conducted in the Chemistry lab. Limit tests are a category of impurity tests in which a solution of an unknown sample is compared to a standard that contains the impurity at the product limit. Generally this definition applies to limit tests that are in widespread use in various pharmacopoeial compendia, such as United States Pharmacopoeia (USP), European Pharmacopoeia (EP), Japanese Pharmacopoeia (JP) and Food Chemicals Codex (FCC). These tests are used to make a simple pass/fail evaluation of the sample. Typically this category of test relies on the comparison of an unknown sample to a standard solution. Often these tests rely on a visual evaluation by the technician, though some may rely on instrumental analysis of the sample.

Abstract

Generally, a product manager manages one or more tangible products. However, the term may be used to describe a person who manages intangible products, such as music, information, and services. A product manager's role in tangible goods industries is similar to a program director's role in service industries. Diverse interpretations regarding the role of the product manager are the norm. The product manager title is often used in many ways to describe drastically different duties and responsibilities. Even within the high-tech industry where product management is better defined, the product manager's job description varies widely among companies. This is due to tradition and intuitive interpretations by different individuals. A product manager communicates product vision from the highest levels of executive leadership to development and implementation teams. The product manager is often called the product "CEO". The product manager investigates, selects, and drives the development of products for an organization, performing the activities of product management. A product manager considers numerous factors such as intended demographic, the products offered by the competition, and how well the product fits with the company's business model. The product manager is often considered the CEO of the product and is responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for that product or product line. The position may also include marketing, forecasting, and profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities.

Abstract

The study was carried out to ascertain anti asthmatic, analgesic and anti convulsant activities of the medicinal plant Bryonia laciniosa. Anticonvulsant activity was evaluated by Maximum electroshock induced seizure test. The anti asthmatic activity was estimated by mesenteric mast cell count by Atopic allergy method. Analgesic activity was estimated by Eddy's hot plate and Analgesiometer tests. The results indicated that 70% alcoholic extract of Bryonia laciniosa increased the antiasthmatic activity, analgestic activity and also anticonvulsant activity.
