The reliability of the tool was checked by using Spearman’s Rank correction Coefficient method. We had taken samples from the Secondary School students for getting reliability. We have got 0.8 reliability score with the Spearman’s Rank Correction Coefficient method and hence the instrument was found to be reliable. At the end of study, obtained t-value 41.0 is greater than the table value 2 at the level of 0.05. Therefore, null hypothesis is rejected and research hypothesis is accepted. So, it found to be significant increase in the knowledge level among secondary school students and structure teaching programe is found to be effective.
