In Text Mining, Side Information is present with the Text Documents, much of the data in those files consists of unstructured Text. Side information is used in various Text Mining applications such as user-access behavior from web logs, document origin information, other non-textual attributes which are embedded into the text or the links in the document. These could play a significant role for clustering process. However, some of the information may contain noisy data which may lead in increase in the level of difficulty for estimation of importance of side information. In such condition it is risky to use the side information in mining process because it may result in the improvement of mining process or may add noise to the process. Background Commonest breast cancer in India among female is breast cancer. This is heterogeneous disease, one of subtype triple negative breast cancer defined as no expression of Estrogen and progesterone receptor and expression and amplification of Her2 neu. TNBC is more frequent and aggressive in younger age group. The aim of this study was to evaluate recurrence pattern and outcomes in cohort of younger age group diagnosed with TNBC.
Material and Methods- Medical record of 730 patients diagnosed with invasive breast cancer from January 2010 to December 2014 was retrieved. Cohort of 178 TNBC patients was included and analysed the clinical and pathological characteristic. DFS and OS curves were calculated using the Kaplan-Meier method.
Results- Mean age at the time of diagnosis was 43.91 years (range 22-72), a total of 82 patients developed recurrence/ metastasis during 6 years of observation. The median OS and DFS for the entire group are 22 months and 11 months respectively. In patients who develop metastasis OS is 22.64 months as compared to 26.11 months in those who do not develop metastasis (p =0.08). The most common site of the first recurrence was loco-regional followed by bone and lung
Conclusion- TNBC is an aggressive disease mainly involving younger age group. The peak risk of recurrence of the disease is between the first and third year following diagnosis, and that survival after recurrence is significantly shorter than that observed in patients with non-triple-negative. Taxane based chemotherapy improves the response rate but more clinical trials are required to established more effective regimen.

The changing scenario of today's organizational environment could be contributed to the inter-company competition and rivalry. In such scenario how emotions find their way in the organization is a matter of awe. Thus, this study aims to examine the process of emotional labor as performed by sales employees. In particular, this research investigates some of the hypothesized consequences of performing emotional labor such as job satisfaction ,job performance and burnout; and attempts to determine how certain variables like affectivity (positive and negative) and empathy (emphatic concern and emotional contagion) affect emotional labor The results of the study revealed a significant relation between negative aff-ectivity and surface level acting of emotional labor, where negative affectivity positively predicted surface level acting of emotions. Further, deep level of acting of emotions positively predicted burnout in employees.Keywords

A major portion of life period of a person is spent in school premises. During the schooling period a student interacts with teachers and other fellow students. Hence, the present study was undertaken to explore the student's experiences, expectations and conceptualization of school teacher in their life. The data was collected from undergraduate and postgraduate students (n=70) of Department of Psychology, D.D.U. Gorakhpur University, individually. These students had written a write up on good and bad teachers in their school life with focus on their look alike, handling of classes, help or constraining in handling schooling pressure, behavior of teachers and student expectations, etc. The narrative analysis was done with focus on thematic and structural type of narrative analysis. The themes that emerged for good teacher included characteristics such as better way of teaching, no discrimination among students, disciplined class, dutiful, care and concern, person with moral values and helping nature. Characteristics of a bad teacher included themes such as insulting student in class, discrimination among students, inappropriate teaching methods, excessive expression of aggression and punishment, pessimistic and inhumane nature, and no respect for others. These findings are very pertinent in developing teacher training modules that what characteristic a student want or don't want in his/her teacher in contemporary world of information overload where the student is not looking to his/her teacher as information provider but as a motherly or fatherly figure who shape them, give emotional support in ups and downs of school pressure.Keywords

The powerloom industry in Punjab provides employment to a large number of skilled and semi-skilled workers and is reputed for its powerloom weaving. The state produces large volumes of powerloom products that find a market not only in India but foreign countries as well. The present study was conducted to document the profile of micro, small and medium powerloom enterprises of Ludhiana district of Punjab using survey method. The sample consisted of 128 MSMEs which comprised of fifty micro powerloom units, seventy-six small powerloom units and two medium powerloom units. All the micro and medium powerloom enterprises were included in the sample due to their limited total number in the list of enterprises whereas purposive probability proportional to size sampling technique was employed to select small enterprises. Largest percentage of owners of micro enterprises (64.06%) were 45-65 years in age, while 43.42 per cent owners of small enterprises were 45-55 years old followed by 30.26 who were 55-65 years old. Though the highest percentage of the owners (48.00%) of micro enterprises were educated upto graduation level but a large segment (46.00%) of micro enterprises was run by matriculate pass owners. Thus, micro enterprises were also being run successfully by owners who never went to college. Maximum percentage of the MSMEs (32.81%) were established during 1985-1995, while in comparison, a lower percentage of powerloom enterprises (12.50 %) had established in during 2005-2015. Steep rise in the establishment of small enterprises was observed during 1985-1995. After 2005, there has been a sharp decline in this trend. Majority of the MSMEs (90.62%) were located in independent industrial areas of Ludhiana city. While the rest of the enterprises were located in the industrial cum residential areas. A highest percentage of the MSMEs (49.21%) were found to be managed by owners.Keywords

Making investment decision is a complex and dynamic process. The present study was conducted to identify the investment pattern of micro, small and medium powerloom enterprises of Ludhiana district in Punjab. The selected sample for the conducting survey through interview technique consisted of 128 MSMEs. All the micro (50 units) and medium powerloom enterprises (2 units) were included in the sample due to their limited total number in the list of enterprises, whereas purposive probability proportional to size sampling technique was employed to select small enterprises (76 units). Results revealed that highest percentage of the owners (71.09%) had invested their own capital to establish their enterprises, while only 7.03 per cent MSMEs had borrowed capital from friends and relatives. The owners of medium enterprises had arranged funds from public sector banks. More than half of the total MSMEs (57.14%) were operating through cash credit limit sanctioned by banks for buying of raw material and machinery. Only 15.38 per cent of the owners had availed Machinery Term Loan to get subsidy on new shuttle-less looms. Low enthusiasm prevailed among MSMEs to take benefit of subsidy schemes offered by the government. Profit percentage reported by majority of micro enterprises (84.00%) was 5-10 per cent, while according to 48.68 per cent small enterprises, it was 10-15 per cent. The profit reported by medium enterprises was upto 25 per cent. The profit percentage for medium enterprises ranges from 12 to 25 per cent. Thus, an increase in profit percentage was observed with the increase in investment pattern.Keywords
