Diversity inclusion and managing diversity are becoming strategic issues for the multinational companies throughout the world. The technology sector is the second biggest employer of women in India, behind the pharmaceutical and care sector, according to a new report launched at the NASSCOM Diversity & Inclusion Summit 2017, held in Bangalore. India's IT-BPM (business process management) industry currently employs nearly 3.9 million people, of which over 34 percent are women (1.3 million). The ' Women and IT Scorecard - India report', generated by NASSCOM in partnership with The Open University in the UK, states that over 51 percent of entry level recruits in the IT sector are women. Over 25 percent of women hold managerial positions and 1 percent are senior executives. In 2017, the number of firms that have more than 20 percent women at senior level will increase to nearly 60 percent, and nearly 51 percent of firms will have more than 20 percent of women at senior executive level, the report authors estimate. Tina Vinod, a diversity and inclusivity, said that while some firms are progressive and invest heavily in increasing the pipeline of women leaders within their organizations by adopting exclusive policies and comeback programs for women who have taken a break, others fall short. "Unfortunately, the systemic patriarchy and unconscious bias in our culture continues to seep into the workforce," she added, "The leaking pipeline of potential women leaders is a huge concern. Women continue to be viewed as primary care-givers and homemakers and this is a problem that our society as a whole needs to address.". This paper examines influence of different obstacles while managing the gender diversity at workplace and impact of diversity management programs and practices in different IT companies. The applications or the blogs that contain any hyperlinks which are entered or displayed by the user or visitor, then that application or blog may be the containing some malicious spam links which makes the other visitors as a target. Such hyperlinks can increase the page rankings of that respective page in the Google search engine. This may lead to the suppression of other relevant search web pages as these malicious webpages (with increased page ranks) will appear at the top of the search results. There are some approaches to detect such spam links. The techniques involved in Link Spam Analysis are either Content-based or Link-based. In this report, we will be implementing both these techniques to improve the efficiency of detecting spam links. Crawler is used to extract the attached links to the web page. These URLs will be studied based on Content-based algorithms. This content will be used to process the web page. Based on this results, we will get the result whether the entered URL contains spam links or not. It is widely used due to abundant resources. This available data are expressed in many forms such as text, pictures, audio, video and so on. Due to interest in videos there are various sites which provides with different kinds of videos, but it is not necessary that every video hold original content. The purpose of video copy detection is to differentiate between original and duplicate videos and find out the similarities between the content of the two videos. This is done with the help of two video copy detection techniques i.e. Frame Fusion based on Path Merging and Query Content Prediction. Due to billions of video present over the internet, it is not possible to perform the video copy detection process on a single machine approach as it is a hectic process. Using distributed computing platform i.e. Hadoop, efficiency would be improved. It is applied to calculate the hash values of a large number of videos and then match them. Through this research paper, we have analyzed the preference of students for Industrial Visit (IV) according to a particular age group and specialization. For this we have taken sample of 40 Students of Bharati Vidyapeeth's Institute Management Studies and Research. Further, the effect of age group and specialization of students were evaluated using chi-square test and it was found that there is no association of age group and preference of Industrial Visit (IV) but on the other hand, there is a strong association between the specialization opted by students and preference of Industrial Visit (IV). This shows that the output of students is not affected by age but by their specialization. Introduction of technology has revolutionized the way teaching is conducted. It offers the flexibility for learning to be available to students at any desired time or place. Digitalization of education has also blurred the borders that were previously defined by students and teachers being present in the same location at the same time. Over the last decade, distance and online learning is becoming increasingly popular in India. Online learning courses are on the rise and have been facilitated by the increase in digital technology now being available in most of the country. Additionally, with the introduction of the learning management systems (LMS), student assessment through digitalization technology is now a reality. Students can also interact with their peers in and outside of the classroom. The aspect of peer centred learning has also helped to steer the soft skills of the students. LMS would positively impact the teaching process and student assessment. Furthermore, it provides an opportunity for students and faculty to attend or conduct a session from an off - site location, therefore making the world seem smaller and more accessible. Malcolm F. Our entire view of the universe depends on it." Neuroscience focuses on the most fascinating object in the universe i.e. the brain and its impact on behaviour and cognitive functions. Neuromarketing is the branch of neuroscience that applies the principles of neuroscience to study consumer behaviour. It is the formal study of the brain's responses to advertising and branding with the help of technologies such as functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (fMRI), electroencephalography (EEG), biometrics, facial coding, eye tracking and other technologies to measure changes in activity in parts of the brain. Neuromarketing is the new field of enquiry which is introduced to study how the human brain experiences, interprets, decides and acts in response to advertising. This research paper will study and analyze the concepts, scope and methods of neuromarketing on the basis of secondary data. It will how the shift has taken place from traditional marketing practices and developed new marketing avenues. This paper will also highlight the challenges in the implementation of neuromarketing and suggest ways to overcome.
