The teacher in the emerging economy has a very vital role to play in the social reconstruction and transmission of wisdom, knowledge and experience from one generation to another. The progress and future of education, its equality and ideals will depend on how and why young persons are educated. This study is aimed at fmding the level of job satisfaction of High School Teachers in relation to burnout. The percentage of level of burnout is higher in teachers of Private High Schools than the teachers of Govt. High Schools. This study also revealed that job satisfaction of High School Teachers is negative significant relation to the burnout.Keywords

The present paper exammed the relation in academic stress, emotional intelligence, mindfulness and peer pressure among adolescents. The sample was compared of 400 students (200 boys and 200 girls) studying at secondary school level. T-test was used to analyze the results. The findings indicated that that there was significant relation in academic stress and emotional intelligence, mindfulness and peer pressure among students. The results are discussed with previous findings.Keywords
