Right to Privacy under the Indian Constitution

Right to privacy has not been defined under the constitutional provisions as the fundamental right but the Apex Court has given wider interpretation to Article 21 of the Indian Constitution to include the Right of Privacy as the integral part of right to life and personal liberty The right to privacy is derived from the English common law which states that "Every man house is his castle". It guaranteed the person from any kind of the unwanted interference m his life by public in which the public is not necessarily concept of right of privacy in India and ever growing need to maintain and preserve the privacy of the persons.
