An optimistic&enthusiastic work force makes a successful organization. The employees' attitude towards the work they do plays an important role in how they perform. A general premise is that a satisfied worker is a productive worker. Complete satisfaction will create a positive working environment in the organization&will enable the employees to work harder towards attaining organizational goals. Thus, Job Satisfaction&productivity have a strong connection in the corporate world. The objective of the present study is to investigate the relation between job satisfaction (herein referred as JS)&employee effectiveness within the context of hospitality industry. The research will also focus upon assessing the impact of the sub scales of JS on effectiveness. Further, an attempt is made to find out if productivity varies between the levels of management. Minnesota Satisfaction Scale was used to assess JS level of employees. Correlation, regression, ANNOVA statistical tools were used to test hypothesis. Results revealed a significant relationship between the two variables. Intrinsic satisfaction was proving to be the most significant predictor of employee effectiveness. Keywords

Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) is currently the hottest technology in wireless communication, in which data transmission with extreme low power or even without power in tag. Software-Defined Radio (SDR) plays an important role for a wireless communications syste m where all the signal processing is implemented in software. In this paper, we first build up a wireless communication simulator including Gray coding, modulation, different channel models (AWGN and Rayleigh fading channels) and demodulation. Then, we test the effect of different channel models to the RFID in receiver with BER (bit error rate) plots under Quadrature Amplitude Modulation. At last, we give detail results of the performance of AWGN and Rayleigh fading channels. We will see that in AWGN channel, the data is degraded by random noise;in Rayleigh fading channel, the data is degraded by random noise and block noise. Keywords

To assess the breakfast consumption pattern and nutritional status, a total of 500 adolescent girls in the age group of 16-18 years were selected randomly from rural and urban government schools of Ludhiana district. An interview schedule was used to assess their meal pattern, frequency of breakfast consumption and reasons behind their skipping of breakfast. Their height and weight was measured and BMI was also calculated. The results revealed that the prevalence of breakfast consumption on daily basis was higher among urban adolescent girls (51%) than rural (46%) and frequency decreased with increase in age. The major reasons behind skipping of breakfast were lack of appetite (37%), time (28%) and family meal pattern (17%). A higher percentage of rural adolescent girls were found to be underweight as compared to their urban counterparts but out of underweight category more of urban adolescent girls were found to be severely thin. Keywords

As an investor sentiment measurement tool, there is growing adoption of internet technology in financial market. On a large scale, the public mood represented on the internet reflects the entire society. The internet’s pervasiveness in people’s lives has sparked a surge of interest among scholars in the field. The study of financial theories has been changed by the subject of market efficiency as a result of increasing anomalies. As a guide for future research, the purpose of this study is to conduct a bibliometric analysis focusing on tracing of investor sentiments through their web search-based queries measured by Google Trends. The analysis through VOS viewer covers 272 papers refined from SCOPUS database of 1330 articles. With the help of Citation and Co-citation analysis results identify foundation articles, turning point articles and article clusters. The study closes with recommendations for future research as well as theoretical implications. Keywords
