For the growth of small and medium enterprises, talented people possessing entrepreneural attributes are needed. The present study was an attempt to identify entrepreneural attributes of prospective entrepreneurs and compare the self perceptions of entrepreneurship among students undergoing technician education programme in two institutions. The study was conducted in two phases. In the first phase, entrepreneural attributes were identified by asking a panel of judges to rank a long list of entrepreneural attributes. Finally, a sample of 100 students were asked to give their self-perception on the identified attributes. The data was analysed using weighted ranking technique, and t-test.- Problem Based Learning in Education – Its Need for Sustainable Development
