With the increasing competition, it is imperative for organizations to bring about managerial innovation and focus on managerial effectiveness. Studies indicate that only 27% of success at work is contributed by an employees Intelligence Quotient, the rest of it being contributed by Emotional Intelligence. This paper attempts to study the role of Emotional Intelligence in Managerial Innovation and Effectiveness. The results of the study indicate a positive correlation between Emotional Intelligence and Managerial Innovation and Managerial Effectiveness implying thereby that Emotional Intelligence should be an integral part of an organizations recruitment and developmental process.Keywords

Clinical and experimental studies have shown the adverse effects of diabetes on testicular steroidogenesis and spermatogenesis. The present study was designed to assess the effects of streptozotocin (STZ)-diabetes on Leydig cell LH receptors and steroidogenic enzymes. Diabetes was induced by single intraperitoneal injection of STZ at a dose of 65 mg/kg body weight. Induction of diabetes was confirmed by plasma insulin and glucose estimations. One set of diabetic rats was treated with insulin (3U/100g body weight/day in two equally divided doses), 3 days after STZ treatment. Control and experimental animals were killed after twenty days.- Streptozotocin-Diabetes Impairs the Differentiation of Epididymis during Sexual Maturation

Male reproductive dysfunction is a common feature in diabetic boys and men. Defective spermatogenesis, sperm count, sperm motility, seminal fluid volume and serum testosterone, supports endocrine basis for impotence and fertility disorders. The present investigation was carried out to understand the impact of diabetes on the structure and development of epididymis during the critical period of sexual maturation in rats. The present study was aimed at evaluating the effects of streptozotocin (STZ)-induced diabetes and insulin replacement on the androgen (AR) and estrogen receptor (ER) concentrations in the caput, corpus and cauda epididymides of prepubertal and adult Wistar rats. Prepubertal (40 days old) and adult (120 days old) male Wistar rats were made diabetic by single intraperitoneal (i.p.) injection of STZ (120 mg/kg and 60 mg/kg body weight, respectively). To one set of diabetic rats, insulin was administered daily at a dose of 3 U/100 g body weight, subcutaneously, in two equally divided doses at 8.00 AM and 6.00 PM. All the rats were killed on the 21st day of commencement of experimentation. The epididymis was dissected out and caput, corpus and cauda segments were separated, freed from spermatozoa and processed for AR and ER quantification. STZ-induced diabetes caused a marked decrease in both nuclear and cytosolic AR and ER concentrations in the caput, corpus and cauda epididymides. Insulin replacement circumvented the adverse effects of diabetes in a segment-specific manner. These findmgs emphasize the detrimental effects of diabetes and the importance of insulin in the maintenance of epididymal AR and ER concentrations in immature as well as adult rats.Keywords

This paper “Introduction of Web OS for the Improvement and Performance of Mobile Environment using Cloud and Grid Computing” aims at providing users an efficient way of accessing an Operating System Stored on a remote server. The users can access it from anywhere either from home or from office. The main advantage of this project is that the system needs only a minimum configuration with an internet connection and a web browser to access the server. In this paper we introduce Web OS - Operating System on www. The Key aspect of Web OS is that the software is installed only on a server which can be accessed by multiple users from various locations. For Performance improvement we use the concept of Grid Computing to share the load across multiple computers to complete task more efficiently and quickly. Finally this project will help out people who don’t have computers at home can access the Web OS. even from an Internet Browsing centre and can run various applications.

Background/Objectives: The main objective of the study is focused in producing geopolymer concrete using Ground Granulated Blast furnace Slag (GGBS) with the addition of sodium hydroxide solution. The study also comprises to gain better strength concrete by addition of different sizes of steel fibres (1%). Methods/Statistical analysis: In this study, total of six mixes were prepared using alkali activator solution of 8 molarity, different sizes of steel fibres (30 mm and 60 mm) and their combinations were tested to get better mechanical properties. All the specimens were oven cured and tested on 1st, 7th and 28th day. Various tests such as compressive strength, flexural strength and young’s modulus of concrete were analysed in this study. Findings: Geopolymer concrete specimen has obtained a maximum compressive strength of 41.5 MPa and flexural strength of 7.5 MPa for M30 mix ratio. The addition of steel fibre showed a better improvement when compared to the control mix (plain GPC) and all mixes have achieved the desirable strength. Testing results have also indicated that the addition of shorter steel fibre showed better strength improvement with respect to the reference concrete than the longer steel fibre. Applications: It can be used in various applications such as machine foundations, industrial floorings and road pavements.Keywords

Users can access their phones at a higher range of speed. It is used in different fields such as, digital documentation, online transaction, etc... Here my intent is just wanted to show about evoluations of wireless communications through my paper. 5G Wireless technology promises a rich, reliable, and hyperconnected world. This paper discuss about evoluations` of 5G network we can also discusses the speed of internet access from 1Gbps to 10Gbps.Since this 5g technology is not officially announced. Its expected to release on 2020
