Abstract

A mobile Adhoc network (MANET), is a self-configuring network of mobile devices connected by wireless links. Each device in a MANET is free to move independently in any direction, and will therefore change its links to other devices frequently. All nodes in ad-hoc networks are decentralized with no fixed infrastructure.  Each node in the ad-hoc network acts as a router besides transmitting the packets. The existing route discovery algorithms focus mainly on efficiency and scalability with respect to network size, traffic load and mobility. They do not give much importance for security during transmission.  In this work, an enhanced algorithm E-endairA is proposed which overcomes the problems in the existing endairA algorithm. The proposed algorithm gives a better routing solution in terms of efficiency and security when compared to the existing algorithm.

Abstract

Milk is the first and sole food of neonate for a certain period of time and it helps to protect the new born against the hazards of its new environment. Breast feeding meets the needs of the young infant upto the age of 6 months. The uniqueness of human milk is that it is specificaly adopted to fulfil the requirements of the new born offspring. Breast milk has high lactose, low protein, and mineral content.

Abstract

Generally, the aircraft structural parts are economically high in cost so the materials need to be inspected for defects or damages using various non-destructive testing (NDT) methods like ultrasonic, thermography and acoustic emission. The aim of this project is to characterize the defects in composite laminates before and after the flexural loading using infra-red thermography NDT method. GFRP and hybrid (GFRP+CFRP) composite laminates are fabricated with different orientation such as uni-directional, cross ply, anti-symmetric and angle ply and then tested under flexural loading according to ASTM D790 standard. The volume fraction of the fibre and matrix needs to be found out to know the void content and the mixing ratio of reinforcement and binder.
