Attempts were made to estimate molecular diversity present in F3 populations of intergeneric crosses between Carica papaya L. (Var. Pusa Nanha and CP 50) and Vasconcellea cauliflora. Molecular studies revealed that PCR amplification using five ISSR primers in 40 F3 progenies yielded 53 reproducible amplified bands. Of the 53 bands, 44 were polymorphic (83.02%). Polymorphic Information Content (PIC) value ranged between 0.90 (ISSR 807 x 810) and 0.66 (ISSR 834 x 810). Similarity coefficients based on five ISSR markers ranged from 0.05 to 0.96. Maximum similarity was observed for genotypes 1, 4 and 6 of Pusa Nanha x Vasconcellea cauliflora (0.96). Minimum similarity was observed between genotypes 3 and 14 of CP 50 x Vasconcellea cauliflora (0.04). This higher genetic diversity of papaya progenies stands to contribute to development of new varieties and, using the data, further hybridization and selection can be planned.Keywords

Seed biopriming followed by foliar spray of different newer fungicide molecules to manage sunflower leaf spot under field conditions have been tried in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India for three consecutive years (2014-2016). The result indicated that among the different treatments tested, seed biopriming with TNAU Pseudomonas fluorescens (Pf1) @ 10g/kg seeds followed by spray of Hexaconazole @ 0.1% at 45 days and P. fluorescens (Pf1) @ 1.0% at 60 DAS showed less severity of Alternaria leaf spot (25.7) with the highest yield of 1471kg/ha against the control (47.7) which recorded yield of 1111kg/ha. In addition, seed biopriming promoted higher and uniform seed germination under field conditions.Keywords

This study is a role of industrialization for sustainable development and poverty eradication, this study is related for how to promote the organizational performance from the lower level to higher level. The level of promotion is based on human resources and also the efforts of organizational authority. The authorized persons has the ideas for long term growth with the sustainable development, the developmental process must to eradicate the poverty form the society. Initially, a pilot study was conducted among few respondents and changes were brought in the questionnaire. Analysis and Interpretation is done using Chi-square method. It was found out that people gives his opinion about the industrialization is for sustainable development and poverty eradication are from the personal thoughts. Based on the findings, appropriate suggestions have been made for increasing the number of users.Keywords

The strategies are to be followed in the business organisation for future development. The developmental process is to be imparting in the organisation. This article has contained all the information about the organisational activities. The HR strategies are followed in past at the same time present and also the future.Initially study was conducted among few respondents and changes were brought in the questionnaire. This paper major aim to address the ailments of women beedi labourers in Tirunelveli district, Tamil Nadu state. Women empowerment is a smart key to develop their any nation according to women skill and capacity. Now-a-days the plenty of people are living under below poverty line because they are not getting a minimum employment facilities in their life. Further, majority of the people are depends on indoor jobs such as match box works, candle works, and beedi works, especially, women people are dominated and working under indoor jobs than that of men. Beedi works is one of the informal or unorganized sectors in India. It plays a vital role for improving economic development like the beedi work provides employment facilities, improving their living conditions, reduce poverty also. Health is one of the major factors and this present research directly to measure the ill health effects of beedi rolling workers. The measurement of ill health effects in terms of the workers affected by headache, stomach pain, eye problems, skin pain and others. In view these circulstances, the research is based on ailments of beedi workers in Tamil Nadu. The main aim of this paper is to find out the ailments of women beedi workers among well-off households and poorer households in the study region. By this study has used primary data survey method and totally 51 sample respondents are taken from two villages like Alangulam and Sankarnagar in selected Alangulam block of selected district. As a result found that, the women of poorer household respondents have mostly affected such health problems like head ache, eye problems and skin problems as compared to that of women well-off household in selected area.Keywords
