This study was designed to understand the biochemical and hormonal changes associated with type-2 diabetes in South Indian men and menopausal women. Three groups of subjects were recruited for the study viz., age-matched normal (control), untreated and treated type-2 diabetic men and menopausal women. Untreated type-2 diabetic men had low levels of serum testosterone with unalteredestradiol and elevated insulin and Cortisol. Oral hypoglycemic agents did not influence serum insulin level but decreased the Cortisol with no change in testosterone and estradiol levels. Among biochemical parameters, blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, triglycerides and creatinine were higher in both treated and untreated type-2 diabetic men. Background/Objectives: To analyze and monitoring the activity of nodes using an IDS Intrusion Detection System which provide security to the system. Findings: In this research, a network building was made with simple node formation with a fitting technique. So that it is easy for a user or beginner to understand the asymptotic dominion factors, due to the wide growth of nodes on network. Intrusion detection system is made of several nodes. These nodes are grouped and combined as a network. Since each node in a network has unique characteristics they may have high chance of attack from malware during the communication between systems. Applications/Improvements: Network of topology is done by creating and connecting various sub networks. Sub networks traffic is cleared and monitored with the package of IDS. It works on synchronous message transfer mode which provides acknowledgement to sender and receiver. All sub networks is managed by its corresponding system and further provide update to the master node on the network. Due to this broadcast of messages all other nodes may be in safe state of avoidance from attacker.Keywords

Objectives: To reduce time consumption and overhead occurred at client side by creating puzzles at client side in Denial of Service (DOS) and Distributed Denial Of Service (DDOS).
Findings: In puzzle solving technique, first the server generates some puzzles and sends to the client. Then the client solve the puzzle and sendsback to the server and finally the server confirms the client to obtain the service from the server. In such type of puzzle solving technique, the attackers can merely reply to the server and it cannot be identified in this puzzle solving technique. Graphics Processing Unit (GPU)-inflation DoS publishes puzzle function in advance. It can be enhanced or overcome by using software puzzle solving technique as it dynamically generates puzzle function. This technique exploits the architectural difference between CPU and GPU. If an attacker tries to move a puzzle transition task into CPU, either they want to translate into functionally equivalent GPU or it should do at dynamic puzzle generation. It is time consuming process to translate or rewriting a software puzzle. This software puzzle has some drawbacks as it cannot carry out puzzle solving process on cloud environment and it doesn’t construct client side software puzzle.
Methods: In order to overcome time consuming and overhead problem here we proposed a new client puzzle technique which is based on two puzzles between clients.
Applications/Improvements: To reduce the time consumption and overhead problem new client puzzle technique is proposed.

In India the incidence of Road Traffic accidents is reported to be 4,64,910 in 2017 among which 1,47,913 lives were dead and 4,70,975 persons were injured.Road traffic accidents result in various complications which will affect the person’s quality of life. One such complication is cognitive linguistic deficit. This case study is about a young man who has cognitive linguistic deficit which is a result of road traffic accident. The patient exhibited several complex cognitive- linguistic issues during the assessment. This includes reduced semantic memory, spared generative memory, reduced speech intelligibility, extensive surgical management and other behavioural problems. And he has speech and language difficulties such as reduced speech intelligibility, paraphasia, circumlocutions were present.Keywords

Anthocephalus cadamba, Rubiaceae, is a medicinal herb of great importance for traditional applications against several disease kinds. Because of the range of compounds, the genus Anthocephalus is regarded as one of the most significant genus utilised in many medical systems. The plant was chemically investigated for its phytoconstituents in the current analysis, Anthocephalus cadamba. The results for steroids, flavanoids, tannins and glycosides were shown to be positive. Bacterial species, such as Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtiliis and Escherichia coli, have been moderately actively monopolised. Antifungal activity at doses of 100mg/ml, 300mg/ml with fungal organisms, was observed in the ethanol leaves extract. Plant ethanol extract had a substantial impact on the hydrogen peroxide radical activity of scavenging and less effects than the standard of nitric oxide radical activity.
