The outcome based education is student centric approach where the student's performance are measured to justify the curricula and teaching learning process with the help of appropriate assessment tools. Based on the outcome assessed the curricula can be modifi ed by identifying the areas in which students are to be strengthened. Each educational institution defi nes their own outcomes and use their own approach to measure students' performance based on their outcomes. OBE doesn't have set of protocols to follow instead the institution will follow its own procedure to measure students' performance. In OBE we measure what students have learnt using gathered evidences like marks in tests, quizzes, projects, self-study etc. and identify what they were supposed to learn which in turn will help in enhancing/modifying the course. This paper discusses an approach to fi nd the course attainment and program attainment through which we can assess our student's performance. Keywords

Cloud computing has revolutionized the way computing is performed and is expected to be the commonly adopted by all sectors of the industry. Further cloud’s increasing popularity, internet based access and proliferation of low-cost handheld devices is catalyzing cloud-based crimes. The cloud’s virtualized, shared and distributed environment complicates’ prevention and investigation of cloud-based crimes. “Cloud Forensics” is the term used for conducting forensic investigation in cloud environment. This paper discusses the problems of forensic investigation in cloud, currently available tools for forensic investigation in cloud in brief and forensic-capability that a cloud service provider can have to support forensic investigation. The aim is to help researchers, developers and enterprises to work towards building a secure cloud environment.

The increased resource utilization in IT made the enterprises to use the costly physical servers. These physical servers are under-utilized. Virtualization is a technology with efficient and better utilization of resources. Virtualization divides the resources of a computer into multiple isolated partitions called virtual machines. There are several virtualization techniques which provide similar features but differ in method of implementation and complexity. Many open source softwares for virtualization are introduced by different organizations like Virtualbox by oracle, VirtualPC by Microsoft and desktop virtualization by VMware. This paper illustrates the performance of these three representative open source softwares for virtualization with respect to transfer rate, burst rate, CPU usage and access time while reading from the hard disk using hard disk benchmarking tool HD-Tune.Keywords
