During the last few years the Internet has grown tremendously and has penetrated all aspects of everyday life. The network services can be classified according to their level of QoS constrains, which describes how tightly the service can be bound by specific bandwidth, delay, jitter, and loss characteristics. At the first sight, three basic levels of end to end QoS can be provided across a heterogeneous network: The best-effort service, differentiated service (also called soft QoS), and guaranteed service (also called hard QoS), where an absolute reservation of network resources for specific traffic is provided through bandwidth reservation mechanisms. Quality of Service (QoS) by managing the delay, delay variation (jitter), bandwidth, and packet loss parameters on a network becomes the secret to a successful end-to-end business solution. It is the set of techniques to manage network resources.
Distribution applications such as video conferencing, distributed interactive simulations (DIS), Grid computing, storage area network (SAN), Distributed content distribution network (CDN) etc needs to transfer huge amount of data from a source to multiple number of designation. These types of data requires large amount of bandwidth, which is overcome with manycasting. The QoS constraints such as Physical layer impairments, delay, reliability, fault tolerance, data access latency, jitter etc., Optical Burst Switched (OBS) network is used to solve some of the QoS constraints to an extend such as delay, more bandwidth utilization than OCS network and Remove throughput limitation and Reduce processing requirements than OPS network. This paper deals with the detailed review of QoS, Manycasting and OBS network.

Aim and Objectives: The main aim of the study is to compare the levels of anxiety and depression, psychological distress between persons with diabetes with a history of foot ulcer, persons without history of foot ulcer and persons without diabetes. Materials and Methods: This study which includes prospective study. The study was done in a five different general medicine department and were carried out for a period of 6 months on both in-patient and out-patients in general medicine department. Chi-square is used to differeniate the incidence of anxiey and depression between patients with diabetic foot ulcer and diabetes without foot ulcer. Result and Discussion: A total of 90 patients were screened. Out of selected 90 patients, the age of 20-29 years 5(6%) were males and females, in the age of 30-39 years 14(15%), in the age of 40-49 years 24(27%), in the age of above 50-59 years 45(50%) and in the age of 60 years 2(2%%) were found. Conclusion: In this study the Abnormal anxiety and depression levels are more in diabetic foot ulcer when compared to those with diabetes. There was significant association found between diabetes, diabetic foot ulcer and psychological distress. Keywords

The misuse of drugs which are taken through intravenously have been a cause in youngsters which would lead to major health disorders that could increase the morbidity and mortality rate to an higher ratio following complications, infections and permanent health disorders. The introduction of mind-altering substances into body through intravenous needle reports to addiction which is a source for unending complications causing higher death rates. Certain drugs are injected into muscles, under skin or directly into the vein, where tack marks can be seen which would be a sign for chronic intravenous drug use. Collapsed vein is the common effect due to intravenous drug use. Cocaine, heroin, crystal methamphetamine, amphetamines, opiates and prescription drugs are used among IV users. Prescription drugs are taken via injection illegally including barbiturates to hydrocodone, consuming them for certain reason other than for what they are prescribed for and with altered dose along with altered route of administration. Due to rapid onset of action the addicts prefer intravenous method for induction of drugs into their body. Major complications could be faced by IV drug abusers which includes severe blood-borne diseases, infections, abscesses, collapsed veins, increased chance of over dose since intravenous administration has rapid onset of action which bypasses body's detoxifying system. patient Counselling remains as best treatment to addicts which would help them to get rid of the habit followed by the infectious disease that are due to misuse of drug could be treated with appropriate antibiotics along with antiviral drugs depending on the type of infection they have undergone. A comprehensive literature search has been carried out in PubMed, Google Scholar, and articles pertaining to complications of intravenous drug use were selected for review. Keywords

Advances in Wireless Sensor Communication Network (WSCN) technology has provided the availability of small and low-cost sensor nodes with capability of sensing various types of physical and environmental conditions, data processing, and wireless communication. Variety of sensing capabilities results in profusion of application areas. However, the characteristics of wireless sensor networks require more effective methods for data forwarding and processing. In WSCN, the sensor nodes have a limited transmission range, and their processing and storage capabilities as well as their energy resources are also limited. Routing protocols for wireless sensor networks are responsible for maintaining the routes in the network and have to ensure reliable multi-hop communication under these conditions. In this paper, we give a survey of Qos Based routing protocols for Wireless Sensor Network and compare their strengths and limitations.
