Optical fiber is a thin hair-like fiber made of silica or plastic that is used to transmit data. It consists of a transparent core surrounded by a transparent cladding. There are many kinds of fiber like Step Index MMF, Graded Index MMF, Silica doped fiber, plastic fibers, Photonic Crystal fiber, Fluoride fibers etc. Among the various types of fibers used in communication system, Photonic Crystal Fibers (PCF) are widely used due its unique structure and tendency to work in two different modes i.e. Index Guided Mode and Band Gap Mode. PCFs are widely used in spectroscopy, meteorology, bio-medicine, imaging, telecommunication, industrial machinery etc. This paper is an overview of PCF modes and its various properties.Keywords

Objectives: In this study, crops were irrigated with sewage and groundwater. The soil was tested for various characteristics during the growth time of the crop. Methods/Statistical Analysis: To investigate the beneficial impacts of domestic waste water on soil properties, groundwater and domestic wastewater samples are discharged into the soil separately. After 10 days, 15 days, 20 days of application of wastewater soil parameters N, P, K & pH of two soil sample containing sewage and groundwater was determined. Findings: The use of the sewage improves the physicochemical properties of the soil as compared to the application of groundwater. Sewage leads to increase of crop yield with an improved fertility status of the soil. There is a significant change in the properties of the soils irrigated with sewage and groundwater. Thus, use of sewage for irrigation is a considerable method for the management of wastewater. Applications: Farming with wastewater is a potential method to decrease the rise of freshwater demand.Keywords

A wireless ad hoc network is a sovereign system in which users can communicate with each other freely. It can be deployed rapidly at a very low cost, and can be easily managed and extended. Topology management has main objective to maintain a topology connectivity that improves wireless network performance by minimizing energy consumption. Also Topology control with cooperative communication was recently research initiated .Cooperative Communication (CC) is a technique that allows no. of nodes to simultaneously transmit the same data. It can save power and extend transmission coverage. Topology management with cooperative communication is new research initiated in the field of Mobile Ad-hoc Network. In this paper, we analyze the effect of multi-traffic on the topology managed MANET. We implemented some applications on different mobility models that is OLSR move and random mobility. To simulate all scenario OPNET 14.5 software is used. OPNET is a comprehensive suite of tools for modelling large wired and wireless networks. It uses simulation and emulation to predict the behaviour and performance of networks to improve their design, operation and management.
In the first part of paper, implemented the existed network on the OPNET simulator and evaluate the performance (Download Response Time, Traffic Send and Traffic Receive) of OLSR move based topology control network.
In the second part of paper, evaluated the QoS performanc (Delay, Download Response Time, Traffic Send and Receive Response) of Random Mobility based topology control network. From the simulation results we observed that compare with OLSR move models, the Random mobility model performance is good. We implemented different traffic pattern on two Topology managed MANET.
In the third part of paper, implemented the dynamic traffic pattern like Email, FTP&Voice and video conferencing on the proposed network. Simulation results show that FTP and E-mail both have large download response time in case of OLSR move model rather than Random Mobility model. Traffic send and receive performance of email is good in OLSR-move model. Video Conferencing has good response of traffic send and receive in Random Mobility model.

Bioinformatics is a platform that developing a framework that supports the existing and upcoming technologies for decision making. Bioinformatics main motive is to develop tools that analyzes and execute biological data for better results. Major Focus of research is on the practices that understand and utilize data from innovative technologies and translate these to real application. The branch of science which deals with the study of relationship among different group of organisms and their evolutionary history is called Phylogenetic. These relationships are evaluated by different methods that analyses the observed values of different species or population such as DNA sequences. The result is known as Phylogency. The dataset varies from living to non living population. POWER, Delign, BLAST, HMM (Hidden Markov Model), ClustalW, MEGA6 were analyzed on different data ranges. R and RAXML tools are open source are capable of handling huge data in less space and time. POWER and CVTree3 (Third version of CVTree) tools also provide Web services. ClustalW tool performs well with similar length of sequences. HMM use series of successive instances of data and information of previous state that can be presented sequentially. PHYLIP tool is appropriate for prediction purpose. BLAST is effective in low to medium biological data. Handle Biological data efficiently with in limited resources and time is the main focus of research. R tool is more efficient in handling millions of observations. The comparison of different methods is discussed further in the table.Full Text
- Odontoma-Associated Calcifying Cystic Odontogenic Tumour:Report of a Case

Cystic variant of CCOT associated with odontoma is considered as rare variant. A case of calcifying cystic odontogenic tumour associated with odontoma is reported in an 11-yearold female patient. In this report, the lesion was very large extending from the midline up to the right tuberosity region and impeded the eruption of five permanent teeth. Through this article, the radiographic and histopathological features of this entity are discussed and the literature is reviewed.

The calcifying cystic odontogenic tumour (CCOT) is an uncommon benign neoplasm of odontogenic origin, which was first described by Gorlin. It has been shown to have extensive diversity in its clinical and histopathological features and its biological behaviour. Most of these cases present with cystic characteristics, but a few are of the solid type.Cystic variant of CCOT associated with odontoma is considered as rare variant. A case of calcifying cystic odontogenic tumour associated with odontoma is reported in an 11-yearold female patient. In this report, the lesion was very large extending from the midline up to the right tuberosity region and impeded the eruption of five permanent teeth. Purpose: The aim of this paper is to present a study of available literature on the digitization of HR, the current scenarios, limitations and to provide a path for future research for this field of study. Design/Methodology/Approach: Research papers were collected on Digitization of HR from various journals available at different online databases. Papers were classified in different categories and tabulated under various classes. A total of 50 research paper sources were studied and assessed in terms of nature of research, level of analysis and application. Findings: As organizations continue to search for ways to be more responsive, flexible, strategic and efficient, HR managers are being forced to explore more innovative methods of performing their HR activities to support these strategic initiatives. An architectural framework can be used to understand and map the underlying structure of virtual HR. Research Limitations/Implications: The findings of this paper can be generalized only to the specific population of online databases selected for this research for a given period of time and not for the entire universe of the digitization literature. There may be various unexploited areas for future research in terms of different variables.
