Moringa oleifera is commonly known as drumstick. Traditionally it is uses as an antitumor, asthma, antibiotic, analgesic and free radical scavenging agents. There was no report on leaf part of plant and hence the present investigation deals with anatomical, microscopical, powder microscopy, determination of leaf constant, phytochemical parameters and extractive values. Phytochemical studies showed the presence of alkaloids, glycosides, fixed oil, flavonoids, proteins and steroids.

Preliminary phytochemical screening of leaves of Premna corymbosa Rottl demonstrated the presence of alkaloid, glycosides, flavanoids, steroids and triterpenoids. Antipyretic cativity of ethanolic extract of Premna corymbosa rottl. Leaves was tested by Brewer's yeast induced pyrexia method.decrease I temperature produced by ethanolic extract in a dose of 100, 200 mg/kg in male rat was measured and compared with reference standard paracetamol(25 mg/kg).

Alkaline skin burns are treated for a long time using water as a diluting and neutralizing agent. This is because it is found that acid wash leads to acid base neutralizing exothermic reactions which leads to secondary tissue damage. Literatures reveal that Aloe vera exhibits a mild acidic property which will be useful in treatment of alkaline burn. The illustrious biological activities of Aloe vera embrace promotion of wound healing, antifungal activity, anti-inflammatory, anticancer, immunomodulatory properties and enhance the dermal absorption and skin permeation. The aim of this research is to study the use of aloe vera gel in treatment of burns, due to alkaline reagents in laboratories or industrial accidents. Time taken for healing wound occurred due to alkali burn has been improved. Keywords

Drug penetration induced by penetration enhancers has been widely used in dermatological drug delivery, such as treatment of skin carcinoma, anti angina drug delivery and similar therapies. Absorption rate depends on different factors such as hydrophobicity of skin, skin moisture content, molecular size of Drug, pore size and drug penetration. The poor penetration of many drugs with topical application is limited and restrains the optimum drug release into blood stream, which could restrict desired outcomes. Treatment of skin with chemical and physical methods helps in enhancing skin penetration. Chemical methods include modification in formulation, alternative enhancers, blood flow enhancers etc. Physical methods include skin hydration, drug diffusion, iontophoresis and thermal alteration. This review was focused to all the latest issues related to skinpenetration enhancers and their use in drug therapy. Also focus on advantages, and drawbacks of drug penetration on human skin. The objective of this review is to evaluate and summarize all recent studies done in the deild of drug penetration enhancers. Keywords
