Ewing (1856-1943) first described, the tumour, establishing that the disease was separate from lymphoma and other types of cancers known at that time. It occurs most frequently in teenagers and young adults with a male female ratio of 1.6:1. 1.7 children out of a million, under the age of 15 years develop this disease. It usually affects the long bones such as the thigh bone, shin bone and upper armbones. The bones of the pelvis are also often affected. Occasionally, it begins in the muscles and soft tissue.Keywords

Indian swine flu outbreak of 2015 refers to extension of the outbreak of the 2009 pandemic H1N1 virus in India, which is still ongoing as of April 2015. The states of Gujarat and Rajasthan are the worst affected. At the Civil Hospital of Ahmedabad, a special Swine Flu Out Patient Department was organised where 10,367 patients with suspicion of Swine Flu were examined between January and March 2015. Eight thousand nine hundred and thirteen with category A and B1 swine flu were treated on outpatient basis. One thousand ninety six of the remaining 1454 patients belonging to category C tested positive for H1N1 status. They were admitted in specially organised isolation wards. One hundred and seventy five of these 1096 expired with mortality of 15.9 percent. EEG is brain signal processing technique that allows gaining the understanding of the complex inner mechanisms of the brain and abnormal brain waves have shown to be associated with particular brain disorders. The analysis of brain waves plays an important role in diagnosis of different brain disorders. The electroencephalogram (EEG) is the recording of electrical activity of the brain; it is a very effective tool for understanding the complex dynamical behavior of the brain. EEG signal towards the detection of abnormalities follows mainly four stages: pre-processing, feature extraction, feature selection, classification and ischemic episode recognition. The performance of detection shows better accuracy than the existing.

Introduction: 15 patients were admitted to Civil Hospital, Ahmedabad with complains of cramping pain and weakness in bilateral lower limbs. They were found to be suffering from subacute motor neuropathy.
Material And Methods: All were investigated for abnormalities in complete haemogram, blood biochemistry, B12 levels, nerve conduction studies and cholinesterase levels. Results: There was distal muscle weakness in bilateral lower limbs with loss of deep tendon reflexes in lower limbs with EMG suggestive of axonal and demyelinating neuropathy with reduced RBC cholinesterase levels. Discussion: From history and investigations it was found that the ingestion of wheat contaminated with tri-ortho-cresyl phosphate (TOCP) lead to axonal and demyelinating type of polyneuropathy.
