Adolescence is a age, when so many physical and mental changes are occurred in the their life. These changes are affect their physical structure, behavior, relationship and many aspects of the adolescent life. These revolutionary changes challenge their growth, personality and develop new concepts. Well-being plays an important role in the life of adolescents. This provide confidence, courage, and make able to adolescents to face the different challenges of their life and give direction to fulfill their dreams with more enthusiasm. This study was conducted on 300 students (150 Boys and 150 Girls) studying in different grade from 7th to 12th classes of Bhiwani city school. These participants tested on Well-Being Scale. The findings reported that the concern about well-being which deals with the different age group.Keywords

Now a days more and more women are entering the corporate world. A portray of women has changed from homemaker to bread earner. The sense of self is the product of interaction with them in the real world. Hence, resulting in enhanced self worth. Thus with this frame work in mind, present study is an attempt to assess and compare the self-esteem of employed v/s unemployed women. A purposive sample of 300 women (150 employed and 150 unemployed) aged 25-45 years working in the different departments at different hierarchy of ranks from Rohtak City. descriptive and inferential statistics were used to compute data and found significant difference in the level of self-esteem of employed v/s unemployed women. The interventions to boost self-esteem among unemployed are discussed in the paper.Keywords

The adolescence who are not physically health, are not able to adjust with the environment and other aspects of life. This study was conducted on 300 students (150 Boys and 150 Girls) studying in different grade from 7th to 12th classes of Bhiwani city school. These participants tested on Health Practices Questioonaire. The findings reported that the concern about health starts from the different age group.Keywords

Adolescent age is the age of changes. In this age adolescents are in dilemma, whether they are child or they are now matured person. Adolescent age is working as bridge between childhood and adulthood. In this age adolescents merely confused to their identity. If they are not able to find healthy pattern of identity, they have to face identity crisis and they indulge in the antisocial activities. There are gender differences in the formation of identity. The present study is an attempt to find out the gender difference on Identity formation of the adolescents. For this purpose the study was conducted on 300 adolescents which were further categorized into three groups i.e 7-8 grade, 9-10 grade and 11-12 grade. To compare the gender differences inferential and descriptive statistics were used. And found that there were the gender differences on identity formation.Keywords
