The study was quantitative in its approach and explanatory in its design. The study considered 120 respondents as sample of the study. The regression result has shown that 76.8% of variation in employee work passion is explained by the organizational climate factors considered for present study. The tests of the hypotheses have portrayed that the organizational climate dimensions considered for the present study have a significant effect on employees’ work passion. Therefore, the study suggested to maintain proper work passion, organizations should consider organizational climate dimensions while designing HR policies as well as implementing the policies. Burnout is very common in stressful jobs involving long working hours like employees at call-centres, health care, sales, marketing, retail etc and consequences of burnout often lead to negative attitudes like physical fatigue, cognitive weariness. In this paper an attempt has been made to highlight the impact of job burnout on selected group of women executives working in different service sectors in Kolkata. Companies are highly aware that supporting female leadership and fostering gender equality is an absolute must in today’s working environment. As many women are working in responsible positions as departmental head, team leader or project head in different service organization and everyday they are also confronted with different complex workplace problems. This study established that job burnout variables affects their professional and personal lives as many of them had perceived moderate level of job burnout in their workplace. The analysis is made with the help of primary survey conducted on sample respondents of 110 women executives working in banking and IT sector in and around Kolkata. As per a survey, percentage of divorces is increasing from past few decades in India. Delhi is considered to be the divorce capital of India.There are many emotional, psychological, financial, social and many a times physical hardships which they face due to divorce. Most effecting is financial problems.Almost no research has been done on connection of spiritual intelligence to divorced women, their adjustment, resilience and general health post-divorce in India, so unique in that respect. This study seeks to address this gap in the literature through a study designed for finding out correlation of Spiritual Intelligence to the lives of Divorced/Separated/Widowed Women in India.Mixed method is used, i.e.descriptive corelational surveystudy with few interviews. The survey has been done on 21 participants from urban Delhi-ncr area. In the results, there is a clear and strong positive correlation between SI, resilience and adjustment in life. Also interviews with the participants have thrown light that women have become more spiritual after the tragic event in their lives. All the educational administrative officers, principals, supervisors and teachers serving in secondary and higher secondary education of Rajkot District were taken as the population of the study.The investigator was purposively selected Total sample were 100. Survey type research method was used. In the present study Management System Scale (EMSS) was prepared by investigator himself. The researcher collected the data for the study of Educational Management System. Responses of Responders by Educational Management System Scale (EMSS) were recorded. The data were analyzed by statistical technique by Chi - square. The study revealed that the district educational management system is more effective, transparent and fruitful. Under the Rajkot district educational management system, political interference is discouraged; service problems of the officials are being solved properly; appointments are being made on merit basis; corruption level has been decreased; supervision system is effective; the evil of nepotism and favoritism has been eradicated; education officers are sovereign in their legal powers; and federal, provincial and national rules and policies are properly implemented. In addition, there also exists some weaknesses in the Rajkot district educational management system but it is expected that these weakness will be also eradicated with the passage of time. The structural breaks are identified based on the evolution of S&amp;P BSE Sensex returns using Bai and Perron structural break test. The whole study period is divided into six sub-periods, three bullish stock market period and three bearish stock market period. The DCC-GARCH model is used to investigate time-varying correlation among series. The results indicate that the correlation between Indian stock market and commodities are highly volatile and persistent during economic crisis periods 2008 and 2015. Gold, as well as silver, are safe haven during this turmoil as they show negative relation with stock in financial crisis while crude oil movements are aligned with the stock market. Whether it is shopping, ordering food, booking tickets, buying spectacles or buying grocery all is just one click away. With the advent of more and more digital platforms and trust in online shopping the trend has changed, digital mode of payments is being used over cash. Use of digital payment modes has become the new ingredient adding flavor in the fast moving life. This study aims at identifying the different digital payment options available in India, recent schemes launched by the government to promote its usage and the level of digital adoption and satisfaction among the students of Delhi University. A structured questionnaire was circulated among the targeted segment and data was collected from 119 respondents. Statistical test like ANOVA and chi square was applied for the purpose of analysis.It was found that digital payments modes are generally preferred by students. e wallets being the popular one among different options. Convenience, time utility and rewards excite them to use digital payments modes while security and additional charges are the prime deterrents that reduce its charm. Male respondents were found to be more comfortable and adaptive in making payments digitally. Education was found to be a factor in improving the confidence in usage of digital means.
