HRD Climate in Pharmaceutical Industry (A Case Study of Natco Pharma Ltd, Hyderabad)

The intention of the present study was to examine the human resource development (HRD) climate at NATCO Pharma Ltd. The information was collected from 40 employees of the company by using simple random sampling method. The present case study is an endeavor to concentrate on the need of research and practi ce on organizational climate, whi ch is a matter of concern as expressed by several researchers, and revive the interest in climate studies to some extent.
