A study was done to perform a survey on unilateral stroke survivors to determine their perceived barriers to exercise participation and community access. 91 subjects with unilateral stroke of mean age 52.87 were selected through convenient sampling from different government and non government hospitals in New Delhi. Outcome measures used for assessments were 1) Barriers to physical activity and disability survey, 2) Folstein Mini Mental Status Examination. Major barriers reported by our participants were lack of transportation followed by lack of accessible facility and least reported barriers were lack of interest and too old to exercise. Data was analyzed and P-value interpreted was 0.05 which indicates that our study was significant.Keywords

Objectives:1. To evaluate neck pain, neck disability and quality of life of patients with cervical pain
2. To find correlation between pain, disability and quality of life
Outcome measures:
1. Visual analogue scale (VAS) for pain
2. Neck disability index for evaluating disability
3. Rand shortform-36 for health related Quality of life
Methodology: Approx. 50 patients of age group 20-75 years with cervical pain were included in the study. This study is based on observation. Data was collected from G.B..Pant Hospital , Delhi, various clinics and from general population on the basis of inclusion criteria. After rapport building, subjects were evaluated for pain, disability and quality of life for functional outcomes. After data collection, correlation between the three scales was established and data was analyzed statistically by using correlation Regression.
Results:
1. Increase in cervical pain will lead to decrease in quality of life in all different domains
2. Disability is directly correlated to quality of life

Statement: "To compare the inter-rater reliability of students using Standardized Hand tools" Objective: To analyze the inter- rater reliability of occupational therapy students using standardized hand toolsOutcome measures:
1. Jamar Hand Dynamometer for grip strength
2. Baseline pinch gauge for pinch strength
Methodology: A convenience sample of four occupational therapy students volunteered to participate in this study. Total subjects participated in the study were thirty. Four Students were assigned , six different rating teams. Each rater served on 3 rating teams for data collection. Each rating team was assigned four tasks i.e. one grip strength and three pinch strength {tip to tip, three jaw chuck, lateral} of dominant hand.
Data Analysis: The correlation between two of raters is established for 4 different parameters by subjecting the data to Intra-class correlation coefficient test. .This test was preferred over Pearson correlation analysis because it takes the mean of all the subjects where as Pearson takes average of one group and scales the data accordingly.
Results & Conclusion: It was found that perfect agreement exists for lateral pinch test for all the six groups and for other 3 tests were showing strong/moderate agreement for one group where as other 5 groups had shown perfect agreement

Comparison of handwriting legibility and visual motor integration in different age groups was performed on adults and old age person . Three group were formulated of 20-39, 40-59 and 60-79. Handwriting Assessment Battery for Adults and Bender Visual Motor Gestalt Test were assessed for all three groups. It was analysed that Handwriting Legibility decreases with age. The most affected factors were Word Legibility and Letter Legibility. Whereas Visual motor integration is maximum in 40-59 and least in Group 60-79.Keywords
