Relationship between Personality and Mental Health among Male and Female Army Officers

The present study aimed to examine the relationship between personality and mental health of male and female army officers. Sample consisted of 200 army officers out of which 100 were males and rest 100 were female officers. The sample was assessed on Singh's Differential Personality Inventory by Arun Kumar Singh and Ashish Kumar Singh and Mental Health Inventory by Jagdish and Srivastava, correlation between the samples revealed that there is a positive and significant relation between personality and mental health of male and female officers.
